(Nasdaq:FOSL) announced today that the Company will present at the Piper Jaffray 31^st Annual Consumer Conference being held at the New York Palace in NYC and the Jefferies 2011 Global Consumer Conference being held at The White Elephant Hotel in Nantucket, MA in June 2011.

The Piper Jaffray 31^st Annual Consumer Conference presentation is scheduled for Wednesday, June 8, 2011 at 2:30 pm ET and will be hosted by Kosta Kartsotis, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Mike Kovar, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. The presentation at the Jefferies 2011 Global Consumer Conference is scheduled for Wednesday, June 22^nd at 11:10 am ET and will be hosted by Mike Kovar, EVP and Chief Financial Officer.
