The debentures are listed and traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Ampal announced that, based on current estimates, even if during the years 2011 and 2012 Ampal were to receive no dividends from East Mediterranean Gas Co. (in which Ampal has a 12.5% interest), Ampal expects that the impact on Ampal's anticipated cash flow would not exceed US$10 million.
