(NYSE:PLOW) announced today that the underwriters for its previously announced secondary offering have exercised, in full, their option to purchase an additional 750,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders, including affiliates of Aurora Capital Group and Ares Management. The closing of this sale will bring the total shares of common stock to be sold by the selling stockholders in the offering to 5,750,000.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Piper Jaffray are acting as underwriters for the offering.
