(NYSE:PLOW) today announced the pricing of its secondary offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock by certain of its stockholders, including affiliates of Aurora Capital Group and Ares Management, at a price to the public of $14.50 per share. The selling stockholders have also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares to cover over-allotments, if any.
Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Robert W. Baird & Co. Incorporated and Piper Jaffray are acting as underwriters for the offering.
