Zinn to Old Line Bank's lending management team as Senior Vice President. In this position, Zinn will be responsible for business development activities in Southern Maryland.

Zinn has spent over 15 years in the commercial banking industry, holding various management and lending positions. His experience has been concentrated in the Southern Maryland market where he will continue to serve on behalf of Old Line Bank. Zinn joins Old Line Bank from Community Bank of Tri-County, where he served as Vice President of Commercial Lending.

Zinn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Business Administration from Frostburg State University. He is a native and resident of Calvert County.

Mr. Cornelsen also announced the addition of M. John Miller, Jr. to Old Line Bank's lending management team as Senior Vice President, overseeing special assets.

Miller has spent over 30 years in the banking, real estate and construction lending industry, holding various management and lending positions. He began his career at First National Bank of Maryland in the mid-70's and subsequently held senior level positions with several other financial institutions in the region. Miller joins Old Line Bank from BankAnnapolis, where he served as Senior Vice President managing the Commercial Real Estate Banking Division, as well as overseeing its Special Assets Resolution Group. During his tenure at BankAnnapolis, Miller was instrumental in significantly reducing nonperforming assets.

In addition to his breadth of experience as a banker, Miller has also been involved in real estate development, stating that, "it has given me a much better understanding of the needs of the people in the real estate and construction business." He stated that insight has allowed him to become an even better real estate banker.
