Management Comments

Ronnie L. Steinocher, President and CEO, said, "We have just completed a 4 well workover program, which follows our recent successful three-phase production enhancement program. Our production now stands at 36 BOPD net. This is up from a net 12 BOPD at the beginning of the year. 

"We are continuing to identify properties in which we can add to current production via low cost workovers, production enhancements, or reactivations. This will be an ongoing program throughout the remainder of the year; we plan to continue to ramp up production on a monthly basis."
