Police say a car carrying four Pennsylvania high school football players was going at least 80 mph when it crashed in January, killing all of them.
Investigators say text messages sent shortly before the January 16 crash indicated the teens planned on speeding and jumping a dip in the road.
Sixteen-year-olds John Griffith and Cody Hollinger and 15-year-olds Nicolas Bryson and DeVaughn Lee died when their car went sideways and was struck by another vehicle.
The teens had left a breakfast for Manheim Central High School football players shortly before the crash.
Police were investigating whether the teens were recording a video at the time of the crash. South Londonderry Township police Chief Jeffrey Arnold says no such recording was found.
