In his new role, Mr. Resnik will oversee quality control for all RedChip research. He will also provide in-depth research analysis of small-cap companies, including China Bilingual Technology & Education Group, Inc. (OTCBB:CBLY), China Chemical Corp. (OTCQB:CHCC), and China Infrastructure Construction Corp. (OTCBB:CHNC).
Mr. Resnik brings more than 40 years of research experience to RedChip. Previously, he served as Chief Market Strategist and a Supervisory Analyst at Olympia Capital Markets Group. Prior to that, he was Director of Research and a Supervisory Analyst at Dutton Associates. He has also served as Senior Vice President at Smith Barney. At its predecessor firm, Shearson Lehman Brothers, Mr. Resnik advised equity research analysts as a member of the Lehman Brothers Equity Research Department Investment Policy Committee. In addition, Mr. Resnik was Director of Equity Research Marketing at E.F. Hutton. He has also served in research capacities at Paine Webber and Merrill Lynch.
