Woods joined Heidrick & Struggles from Accenture where, as a Partner, he was Head of the Life Sciences (Pharmaceuticals & Medical Products) Practice and also led the Healthcare Provider Practice for Australia and New Zealand. For over 25 years, he has worked with health, consumer goods, high tech and industrial clients in Australia and Asia Pacific. He has driven many operational performance improvement programs, large-scale transformation and systems implementation programs within both the public and private sectors.
Woods will deliver leadership consulting, executive search and related advisory services to help Australian and New Zealand-based client organizations create leadership teams that are better positioned to manage the ever-changing complexities of their businesses.
He has exceptional insight into the strategic and operational challenges and opportunities organizations in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors face.
