Rachel has 15 years experience practicing law, including 10 years experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries. In addition to supporting the corporate and Israeli practice groups, Rachel will be leading the life sciences group in the firm. Rachel has extensive experience advising clients on matters relating to drug development, pharmaceutical transactions and regulatory compliance, FDA, OIG and HIPAA compliance, SEC and Israeli securities compliance, and U.S. – Israel business transactions.
