A suspicious package forced the evacuation of the New York offices of Bank Hapoalim, one of Israel's largest banks, on Wednesday, but the item turned out to be a promotional item from a headhunters group, NBC News reported.
The incident occurred at 1177 Sixth Ave. in midtown Manhattan and the bomb squad was called in.
Five floors of the building were evacuated, according to BNN, a news agency that monitors police scanners.
New York police investigate numerous suspicious packages a day.
