(NYSE:CCI) announced today that the quarterly dividend on its 6.25% Convertible Preferred Stock will be paid on February 15, 2011 to holders of record on February 1, 2011. The dividend will be paid in cash at a rate of $0.78125 per share of Preferred Stock.
