Lancaster, who entered the industry more than 15 years ago, served on one of the first-ever onsite recruitment process outsourcing solution teams in Europe. He joins Hudson RPO following his tenure as Managing Director of Resource Solutions, the RPO services division of Robert Walters Group. He is a recognized industry thought leader and frequent speaker on strategic issues surrounding enterprise recruitment process.
