This is what happens when police hear arguing but no one comes to the front door: A SWAT team comes to the house.

That's what happened Tuesday when authorities received a 911 call and tracked it to a house at 8350 53rd Way, said Capt. Sanfield Forseth of the Pinellas Park Police Department.

Patrol officers went to the home, but were unable to contact whoever was inside, the captain said. No one would answer the phone from which the 911 call was made, and police were relatively certain the occupants knew there were police officers outside.

Roughly 45 minutes after patrol officers arrived, the SWAT team was sent to the home, Forseth said. At 12:45 p.m., the couple finally emerged, Forseth said. No one was injured.

The man at the house — identified as Brian Davis — was arrested, Forseth said, but the charges against him were not available.
