(Nasdaq:ATMI) today announced that Doug Neugold, ATMI Chief Executive Officer and President, has been elected Chairman by ATMI's Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2011. Dr. Gene Banucci, ATMI's founder, former Chief Executive Officer, and outgoing Chairman of the Board, will continue as a Director of the Company and a member of the Board's Technology Committee.
