NEW YORK, Nov. 23, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The NASDAQ Stock Market announced today that it will delist the common stock of Pinnacle Gas Resources, Inc. Pinnacle Gas Resources, Inc.'s stock was suspended on September 16, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ also announced that it will delist the common stock of Pet DRx Corporation. Pet DRx Corporation's stock was suspended on September 16, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
Finally, NASDAQ announced that it will delist the common stock of Digital Angel Corporation. Digital Angel Corporation's stock was suspended on October 5, 2010 and has not traded on NASDAQ since that time.
NASDAQ will file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission to complete the delisting for each of these companies. The delistings become effective ten days after the Form 25 is filed.
