("Zogenix") (Nasdaq:ZGNX) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 14,000,000 shares of its common stock at $4.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common stock is being offered by Zogenix. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 2,100,000 shares of common stock from Zogenix to cover over-allotments, if any.
