(Nasdaq:CFSG) ("China Fire" or "the Company"), a leading total solution provider of industrial fire protection systems in China, today announced that its Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on December 10, 2010. The meeting will be held at 8:00AM, Beijing time, at B-2508 TYG Center, C2 Dongsanhuanbeilu, Chaoyang District, Beijing, P.R.China, for the following purposes:
- To elect seven persons to the Board of Directors of the Company, each to serve until the next Annual Meeting of shareholders of the Company or until such person shall resign, be removed or otherwise leave office;
- To ratify Frazer Frost, LLP as the independent accountant for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2010;
- To transact such other business as may properly come before the Annual Meeting or any adjournment thereof.
Only shareholders of record at the close of business on October 13, 2010 are entitled to notice and to vote at the Annual Meeting and any adjournment. Shareholders are cordially invited to attend the Annual Meeting.
