(Pink Sheets:QMIN) (Kentucky Energy), a Kentucky based operator of energy and mineral related properties, today announced that market maker, Spartan Securities Group, Ltd., filed an application to resume quotation of Kentucky Energy's shares of common stock on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Kentucky Energy's shares are currently quoted on the OTCQB, a newly created marketplace of U.S. registered and reporting companies that are current on their reporting to the SEC.
