(NYSE:EDR), a leader in the ownership, development and management of collegiate student housing, today announced that its board of directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share of common stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2010. The dividend will be payable November 15, 2010, to shareholders of record as of October 29, 2010.
