GEORGE TOWN, Grand Cayman, Sept. 28, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- O2Micro® International Limited (Nasdaq:OIIM) revised its financial expectations for the third quarter of fiscal 2010, ending September 30, 2010.
The third quarter revenue is expected to be below previous estimates due to inventory adjustments in the supply chain. The company currently expects revenue to be down 10% to 15% from Q2 levels. The gross margin is expected to be approximately 60%.
O2Micro intends to report final results for the third quarter on or around November 3, 2010.
