COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Sept. 17, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Accredited Members Holding Corporation (OTCBB:ACCM) announced today that effective September 30, Delray Wannemacher will step down from his position as president of the online community for small/micro cap investors in order to pursue other opportunities. In relinquishing the role, Wannemacher will also vacate his seat on the company's board of directors.
CEO Mark Labertew will assume the responsibilities of the president on a permanent basis and continue leading the company's efforts to build relationships between small/micro cap companies and its member investors.
