The company's month-long 2010 campaign concluded with total contributions of $56,830, exceeding its previous campaign record by more than $10,000 and granting nine wishes for children with life-threatening medical conditions.

Olympic Steel's "Working for Wishes" campaign is the combined effort of over 1,000 employees from the company's 15 facilities. Fund-raisers, organized and supported by employees at each location with help from customers, vendors, and community partners alike, granted wishes through Make-A-Wish Foundation® chapters in Eastern North Carolina, Michigan, Georgia & Alabama, Chicago, Connecticut, Northeast Ohio, Iowa, Minneapolis, and Greater Pennsylvania & Southern West Virginia.
