NEW YORK, Sept. 16, 2010 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Omni Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB:OMVE) is pleased to announce that it has added four new members to its Board of Directors and the Management Team. In regards to their position in the corporate structure, Mr. James Smith has joined the company as its President, and Mr. Myles O'Dwyer has accepted the CFO duties. Mr. Bernard Rice and Mr. Douglas Byerley will concurrently accept Director duties. Mr. Douglas Byerley will also be the President of the Payment Networks and Technologies Division.
Subsequent to the appointments, Mr. Neil Kleinman and Mr. Lawrence Sands have stepped down from their Company responsibilities.

While they won't emphasize their experience, Jim ran a $10 billion dollar company as President, Myles worked under Jim at McKesson Corp. as Vice-President of Finance and as of lately is a founder of a very successful commercial tools supplier. Bernie and Doug are equally modest, but Doug did serve as an Advisor to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, top executive at First Data Corporation and a consultant to credit card processing services run by financial behemoths.
