(Pink Sheets:HCKI) is pleased to announce that it shall focus on growing its subsidiary, WiseBuys Stores, Inc., which will operate under the name "WiseBuys." The subsidiary intends to locate primarily in larger population centers and focus on merchandise direct from manufacturers on a one time or closeout basis. Furthermore, a large percentage of the merchandise will be placed in the stores on consignment, often called "pay-at-scan", which takes out the middle man and will allow the company to pass on these savings to the consumer.
