(Pink Sheets:MDIN) today announced that it has assembled the preliminary agreements that set forth the key partnership terms to make its wholly owned subsidiary, NorthStar Business and Property Brokers, Inc., the business brokerage arm for a global network of real estate brokers and agents. The partnership agreement establishes the infrastructure which will permit real estate brokers and salespersons access to the business listing system and tools created by NorthStar to list businesses for sale, even if real property is not a component of the sale, something which is ordinarily not within the expertise of the major real estate brokers.
NorthStar plans to announce the participating firms and agencies at the upcoming International Business Broker's Association Conference in Las Vegas this November and feels confident that the announcement of participating firms at that time will make NorthStar the largest business brokerage in the world.
