Frank has maximum sustained winds near 60 mph (95 kph) and it's possible it could become a hurricane by late Tuesday. The storm is located about 205 miles (330 kilometers) south-southeast of Acapulco, Mexico, and is expected to move parallel along the southern coast through Wednesday.
