Every year since 1963, the President of the United States has proclaimed National Small Business Week to recognize the contributions of small businesses to America's economic well-being. As part of this annual celebration, the U.S. Small Business Administration recognizes this special impact made by outstanding entrepreneurs and small business owners.
"National Small Business Week is the perfect time to remind everyone that they have an opportunity to bolster their local economies each and every day," said Yeffa. "Many small businesses depend on local residents to use their services and buy their products."
During a time when many are cutting back in spending, this year's National Small Business Week may be more important than ever before to emphasize the small business owners in local communities across the country. While many small businesses are struggling, Cartridge World is fortunate to have struck a chord with consumers, small business owners and others for its ability, unlike big box stores, to save purchasers hundreds and sometimes thousands of dollars on their ink and toner costs, according to Yeffa.
"Although consumers have cut back on many things, the demand for certain products and services, such as those offered by Cartridge World, remain a necessity," Yeffa added. "National Small Business Week should provide everyone the chance to evaluate their spending and make sure that they are continually supporting local small businesses."
