OSI Systems Inc., which provides electronics to the security and health care industries, said Monday it appointed William Ballhaus Jr. to its board of directors.
Ballhaus is a former president and CEO of The Aerospace Corp., a nonprofit organization that does research on space programs. Before that, he was an executive at Lockheed Martin and Martin Marietta.
