The postponement relates to the accounting treatment in prior years (2007-2009) for the exercise of employee stock options in 2007 by non-management employees with loans from Bidz.com. The Company is still working with its auditors to determine the appropriate adjustments which management believes are not material to the company's prior and current periods.
