Police in Tulsa have arrested a man they say threatened to detonate a bomb at Tulsa International Airport.
Police say 42-year-old Timothy Harlow Hathaway was arrested about 8:20 p.m. Sunday after he made the threat to a Transportation Security Administration employee.
Airport spokeswoman Alexis Higgins says the police bomb squad checked for explosives and found none.
Tulsa Jail records show Hathaway was being held without bond Monday morning. It was not clear whether he has an attorney.
Higgins says travelers were moved away from the area. She says there were no flight delays or evacuations.
Higgins says Hathaway gave no reason for the threat, but continued making threats as he was being arrested.
