When an employee picked up the papers, a white powdery substance fell.Quakertown police and Quakertown Fire Co. crews arrived and soon called for the Bucks County Haz-Mat Unit.McElwee said that the material was tested and was not considered a danger. He said they haven't identified the substance.The chief said police are looking for a white female, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 180 pounds. She has shoulder-length dark blond hair with bangs. She was wearing wire-rimmed eyeglasses and left in a dark blue sedan, believed to be a Chevrolet Cavalier. McElwee said the woman may have Down syndrome. Anyone with information should call police at 215-536-5002.
