Dan Kloeffler serves as anchor of “Early Today” on NBC and “First Look” on msnbc, providing insight into the big stories that will develop throughout the day. Kloeffler began with NBC News in April of 2007 as a digital journalist.
Prior to joining NBC’s main office in New York City, Kloeffler served as an anchor and reporter for NBC’s affiliate, WSTM, in Syracuse, N.Y.
Kloeffler began his career in New Hampshire, serving as a producer, anchor, and reporter for various stations in the area.
Kloeffler graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Journalism.
He currently lives in New York City, but still misses his hometown of Algonac, Michigan. In his free time, Kloeffler is an active volunteer with New York Cares, a group that organizes volunteers for a variety of projects.
