STILLWATER, OK -- Folks in Stillwater were holding their breath until the clock struck midnight, Saturday. That's when the deadline passed for a union in Fond Du Lac, Wisconsin to accept a package of contract concessions that the boat engine company Mercury Marine said it needed to remain profitable. So the company will be moving 850 manufacturing jobs to the Mercury MerCruiser plant in Stillwater.
