An investigation is under way after a Louisville business was gutted by fire.
The blaze broke out at Advanced Therapeutics Therapy Clinic in the 2700 block of Bardstown Road around 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
Firefighters were able to knock down the heavy flames in about 11 minutes.
Officials said a firefighter suffered a shoulder injury and was taken to the hospital.
Investigators don't know what sparked the blaze.
A standard arson investigation is underway.
