KENNEWICK, Wash.-- The man accused of three recent robberies saw his first of many days in court. Troy Lee Fuller had a preliminary hearing at the Benton County Justice Center to set his arraignment. Fuller is accused of robbing two banks in Kennewick last week and a pharmacy in Richland on Tuesday. His bail has been set at $250,000. Fuller was on federal probation for other crimes in Arizona. Next week he'll be back in court when formal charges will likely be filed.
