The widow of a nudist who drowned at a private swimming pool near Pittsburgh has settled her wrongful death suit with its owner for $246,000.Mary Sullivan, who owns Olympic Swim and Health Club in Penn Hills, had claimed she wasn't responsible because the nudists who leased her pool every other Saturday night since 1984 sought privacy and agreed to provide their own life guard. But under a settlement approved earlier this month by an Allegheny County judge Sullivan's insurer is paying to settle the dispute filed in January by Barbara Daugherty of Greensburg. Her husband, Ronald, drowned at the club's pool on April 14, 2007 when no guard was on duty.Under the settlement, Daugherty will receive $158,000 and her attorney will receive the rest of the money.___Information from: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, http://www.post-gazette.com
