GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) -- The economic slowdown has cut into sales tax revenue used to retire debt at Lambeau Field.

Pat Webb is executive director of the Green Bay/Brown County Professional Football Stadium District. Webb told the stadium board Wednesday that sales tax revenue for the first quarter of the year dropped 11 percent compared to the same period last year.

The district received about $4.8 million in sales tax revenue the first three months of the year. The revenue is received by the district two months after it's collected.

Webb says the remaining $40 million in stadium debt should be paid off sometime in 2011.
