Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez says it's unfair that SUV drivers consume so much gasoline at such inexpensive prices.

Filling up the tank of a sports utility vehicle costs roughly $3 in Venezuela, where motorists see state-subsidized fuel as a birthright.

Chavez said during his Sunday radio and television program that "it's not fair" that wealthy Venezuelans use more gas than low-income families, which often cannot afford vehicles.
