FREDERICK, MD - Maryland State Police helped Pennsylvania troopers stop a wanted felon after a high speed car chase.
The chase began in Pennsylvania and ended on Bartgis Road near Route 15 in Frederick after Maryland troopers used stop sticks.
The passenger, Sedrick Legaspi, is wanted in Florida for writing bad checks under an alias.
The driver, Tamy Legaspi, is charged with fleeing and eluding. Read more atyour4state.com.
