It happened just before 9 p.m. Sunday in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95 near Academy Road. Trooper Andrew Falcon was conducting a routine traffic stop when a dark-colored SUV hit him and kept going, police said.

The state trooper was taken to the hospital and treated for minor injuries to his left arm and elbow, police said.

State police are looking for the driver who hit Falcon. Anyone with information on this incident is asked to call 215-560-6199.
