The debate will be moderated by Tim Russert, NBC News Washington Bureau Chief and moderator of "Meet the Press."
NBC News, NECN, Dartmouth College and N.H. Public Radio will co-sponsor the debate among the Democratic candidates. The debate will take place at Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H.
