Wednesday, the group Smoke-Free Texas is planning on asking lawmakers at the Texas Capitol to crack down on smokers.
The group will unveil a legislative initiative to make Texas virtually smoke-free, banning smoking in all public places throughout the state.
If Texas lawmakers pass the legislation, it would add Texas to the list of 16 states with anti-smoking laws like this one.
