Many members of the Fundamentalist Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe their leader, Warren Jeffs, is still in control, even though he is behind bars facing rape charges. Seventeen different people have visited Jeffs in his Washington County, Utah jail.

The list of jail visits was obtained by the Associated Press. Jeffs has been visited most frequently by his Las Vegas attorney Richard Wright, who's been to the jail 12 times. Former church members say the frequent visits from church elders show Jeffs is still in control of his church.

Jeffs will be back in court on December 14th. He faces two felony counts of rape as an accomplice for allegedly arranging marriages between older men and young girls.
