President Bush heads to Florida today -- to stump in a House district that could help decide if his party keeps control of Congress.

The president's raising cash for (m) millionaire auto dealer Vern Buchanan, who faces an uphill fight against ex-banker Christine Jennings.

Normally the district around Sarasota would be safely Republican. But its current occupant, Katherine Harris, is running for Senate. And even though Buchanan's using lots of his own cash, he's been plagued by what's hurting the G-O-P nationally -- everything from the Iraq war to the Congressional page scandal.
