An East Texas man is sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to planning a murder in Upshur county. Jason Baughman admitted to "conspiracy to commit murder" in the 2005 beheading and burning of Joe Carrol Nickelbur. the 20 year sentence is in exchange for testimony against Jeremy and Gregory Scott Narramore. They've also been convicted in the case.
