NBC26 has learned the investigation into a racially charged fight at Pulaski High School may wrap-up Thursday. We've also learned charges may be reffered against several people.
Pulaski's police chief tells us a pattern of racial harassment has persisted over the past several months.
They learned about it through interviews with students and members of the community.
The chief plans to turn his report over the District Attorney Thursday.
