Chelsea Bruck was last seen leaving a crowded Halloween party around 3:00am on October 26th, 2014 in Newport, Michigan.
Police released a sketch of the man witnesses say Bruck was last seen with that night, but officials have not identified him, nor have they named anyone else, as a suspect.
Chelsea’s family gathered for a press conference in November, organized by Crime Stoppers, to announce the reward for information leading to her safe return has been raised to more than $17,000, according to local NBC affiliate NBC24. The family insists that there is still hope that Chelsea could be found alive.
