Sergey Galitsky, CEO of Magnit, has built his $10 billion dollar retail empire from scratch. A growing Russian middle class with more disposable income has fueled the company's growth.
The company currently has about 5,000 stores, with more than 123,000 employees. Expansion plans this year include opening 200 convenience stores and 50 super stores in the world's largest nation.
