As doomsday warnings spark calls for Congress to step in and regulate artificial intelligence, NBC News asked a dozen lawmakers in the House and Senate how they personally use AI in their day-to-day lives.
Some Republicans in competitive races are breaking with President Donald Trump on the issue of AI, calling for more guardrails around the technology’s development.
